I like this piece. Although one comes across images like this very often, the over all feel of the photo is very thought provoking and somewhat unique. The exposure is bang on. I was wondering whether you used ND filter or did exposure blending with multiple shots to get the sky and foreground right. I see that you took it in the morning, that might be it. Anyways, i like how the clouds guide your eyes from the left to the right corner of the photo. The over all soft focus/glow adds to the mood/atmosphere of the photo. The only thing that bothers me is the street lamp. I think (personal opinion) that this photo would look much better if the lamp was excluded or cloned out during PP. Excellent photo none the less. Great concept, excellent composition and nice technique.
